McDougal Coworking was started for one simple reason—a need in the market that no one was meeting. Mike McDougal has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. He grew a local mom & pop family apartment business into a fully integrated real estate firm with projects in residential, commercial, construction and development over that time. But beginning in 2015, he began a new business venture in McDougal Capital with a focus on fostering economic independence by empowering entrepreneurship.
